Living Trust

A Living trust is created while the person is living. Setting up a living trust is a great way to stay away from the stress of probate since the property that is placed into the trust while the person is living goes straight to the trust's beneficiary after the person passes away without the court stepping in. The person that is assigned to take care of the trust after the person dies only has to move ownership to the beneficiaries that are stated in the trust.
