Traffic Offenses

Traffic violations are usually considered minor offenses with a notable exception of OWI. The penalties incurred are usually fines, but revocation of the driver's license may happen if frequent violations happen in a certain period of time. Violations can be brought to court, but doing so may increase insurance costs.
