Sexual Assault, which was previously known as rape, is defined as any sexually oriented contact or behavior that is unwanted. This includes the following crimes according to Wisconsin law.

-Sexual exploitation of a child
-Sexual exploitation of a therapist
-Serious sex crime
-Serious child sex offender
-Possession of child pornography
-Felony sexual assault (rape)
